At Wholesale Products, we aim to ensure your fashion inventory meets your standards; however, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your wholesale account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure all garments are in their original packaging, including polybags and hangers, and show no signs of wear, washing, or cosmetic stains.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Securely pack the merchandise and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team, then drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the return, a refund or store credit will be issued to your account within 5 to 7 business days.
